摘要: 研究了Cu基钎料在白口铸铁表面的润湿性及界面反应。白口铸铁C析出,是影响润湿性主要原因。试验结果王码电脑,CuZnMnNi2和CuZnMnSn2有良好的润湿性能和足够的钎焊接头抗剪强度(τ (Nib)=312MPa和τ (Snb)=Mpa)。钎焊温度和时间对润湿性有重要影响。超过临界温度和时间,润湿性能下降。

Abstract: The wettability and the interfacial reaction between Cu-base filler metal and white cast iron are investigated. The separation of carbon in the white cast iron is the main reason influencing the wettability. The experimental results showed that CuZnMnNi2 and CuZnMnSn2 filler metals had the advantage of wettability and enough shear strength of brazing joint (τNib= 312MPa,τSnb = 276MPa). The influence of brazing temperature and time on the wettability is significant. The wettability will decline when brazing temperature and time exceed the critical temperature and time.
