Abstract: The prime factor which affects drilling stability is analyzed by experimental curve and mechanical mode. Improvement is brought about and a new type of deep hole drill with wedged teeth and inner plygonal edges from a perspective of deephole drill's structure design is designed. Comparative experiment in new drill's drilling stability is made.
