摘要: 研究了Ni-SiC复合镀膜SiC粒子与Ni基质的高温界面反尖及其对耐磨性的影响,600℃等温,SiC粒子只发生部分反应,首先生成过渡相Ni3Si2,后为Ni3Si取代,形成SiC-Ni 3Si-C膜-Ni的复合体。高温下SiC完全分解,碳膜增厚,并生成高Si-Ni值化合物。复合镀膜的耐磨性为高温反应所控制。

Abstract: The high temperature reaction between particle SiC and base Ni of Ni-SiC composite plating, and the effect of the reaction on wearing resistance are studied. SiC decomposes only partly on annealing the plating at 600℃. At first, a transist phase Ni5Si2 is formed and then it is replaced by a stable phase Ni3Si gradually. As a result, a composite, SiC-Ni3Si-graphite-Ni, is produced. At high temperature, SiC decomposes completely. With temperature, the graphite layer thickenes and Si/Ni ratio of the Ni-Si compound increases. The wearing resistant of the plating depends on the high temperature reaction.
