摘要: 本文介绍的焊接材料计算机辅助设计(WMCAD)软件系统,能用数学规划的方法设计试验、建立数学模型、预报焊接材料性能、优化配方和绘制成分-性能图,并设有焊接材料数据库。采用该系统设计焊接材料具有快速、定量、成本低和设计质量高等特点。摆脱了焊接材料设计的经验模式,为焊接材料的开创了一种科学的新方法。

Abstract: In this paper a software system for computer aided design of welding materials (WMCAD) has been developed. The WMCAD has the abilities to design the testing projects through the mathematical programing, to establish mathematical models to predict the properties of welding materials, to optimize the formulations of welding materials and to trace out the composition-properties curves etc. Besides, the system possesses a database for welding materials. Designing a welding materials with the system is characterized by its high efficience, low cost, quantitativoness, and high quality in designing etc. Having cast away the empirioal design modes, a now scientific way has been opend up for design of welding materials.
