摘要: 在以前研究的基础上,改磁性液体悬浮研磨为流性液体堆积研磨,并在研磨中附加振动,大大地提高了加工效率和加工精度,加工出表面粗糙度只有Ra0.005~0.006μm的钢试件和Ra0.005~0.010μm的铜试件表面。还就这种新研磨方法中各种因素的影响以及其研磨作用机理进行了深入的研究探讨。

Abstract: This paper deals with the pollshing process using magnetic fluid which is realized by the magnetohydredynemic boavior of magnetic fluid that causes the relative velocity between abrasives and the workplace. Based on the study of magnetic fluid polishing before, in this paper a new kind of technology is advanced, in which magnetic foist polishing is replaced by magnetic plied up polishing and acme mechanical vibration in sued. By those change both polishing efficience and surface roughness are improved greatly. Under the new pollshing condition, surface roughness Ra0.005~0.006μm of a steel workpiece and Ra0.005~0.010μm of a copper workpiece are obtained. By moans of experiments, detailed clarifications of various machining factors on the polishing process and the polishing mechanism are also found in this paper.
