摘要: 根据螺旋弹簧工作时主要承受剪切应力,研究并推导了弹簧应力松弛动力学方程。测定了不同温度下弹簧应力松弛曲线,拟合了松弛曲线方程。用热力学理论解释了螺旋弹簧松弛现象。提出了改进弹簧稳定性的技术措施。

Abstract: In according to work condition of the springs which only subject shear stress, we have researched and deduced the kenitic equation of stress relaxation, measure the curves of stress relaxation and analogyed their equations which works at real condition. Finally, we have suggested the new technology of springs stabilization.
