摘要: 本文采用双自由度阻尼振动理论计算锻锤砧座和基础的振动参数,在分析影响锻锤振动响应的重要因素基础上,提出锻锤砧下弹性垫层刚度优化方法和对锻锤基础进行直接减振方向。

关键词: 锻锤, 减振, 弹性变形, 动态刚度, 轮廓误差, 五轴数控机床, 自由曲面试件

Abstract: In this paper, vibration parameters of anvil block and foundation of forging hammer have been calculated using vibration theory of dual – freedom without damping. The optimization of stiffness of elastic cushion under anvil block and method of direct damping to foundation have been advanced based on analysis of important factors effecting vibration response of forging hammer.
