基于幂级数与椭圆方程的金属丝网橡胶组合减振器动态迟滞模型

Dynamic Hysteresis Model of Metal-net Rubber Combination Damper Based on Power Series and Ellipse Equation

摘要: 金属丝网橡胶材料具有复杂的非线性迟滞特性,目前相关材料的动态力学特性还难以准确描述。弹簧-金属丝网橡胶组合减振器是一种全金属减振器,具有刚度与阻尼可设计的特点。通过在金属丝网橡胶静态力学理论基础上,提出含预紧量参数的等效刚度系数和等效阻尼系数,并使用以幂级数表示的弹性恢复力与以椭圆方程表示的阻尼力推导出一种弹簧-金属丝网橡胶组合减振器的动态迟滞模型。通过对组合减振器进行不同加载频率下的动态迟滞试验,对其在不同金属丝网橡胶相对密度以及加载频率条件下动态迟滞特性与减振耗能评价参数的变化规律进行对比分析。结合减振器动态迟滞试验数据与动态迟滞模型进行参数拟合,计算动态迟滞理论值并进行误差分析,验证动态迟滞力学模型的准确性。

Abstract: The metal-net rubber materials have complex nonlinear hysteresis characteristics, the constitutive model of related materials is difficult to describe its mechanical properties accurately. The metal-net rubber combination damper is a metal damper with rigidity and damping designability. Based on the static mechanical theory of metal-net rubber, the equivalent stiffness parameters and equivalent damping parameters with preload parameters are proposed. Using the elastic restoring force expressed by power series and the damping force expressed by elliptic equation, a dynamic hysteresis model of spring metal-net rubber composite damper is derived. Through dynamic hysteresis tests at different loading frequencies, the dynamic hysteresis characteristics and the variation rules of evaluation parameters of energy dissipation for vibration damper under different relative density of metal-net rubber and loading frequency are compared and analyzed. After the parameters were fitted by combing with the dynamic hysteresis test data of the damper and the dynamic hysteresis model, the accuracy of the dynamic hysteresis mechanical model is verified according calculating the theoretical value and analyzing the errors.
