摘要: 本文对轴向超声波振动和轴向电磁振动钻削微小孔时的加工精度进行了研究。结果表明,轴向振动钻削可明显提高微小孔加工的入钻定位精度、孔径尺寸精度和孔的圆度。

Abstract: In this paper the accuracy of drilling miorevoid by ultrasonic vibration or electromagaitic vibration in the direction of axis has been studied. The results show that the axial vibration drilling can obviously improve position accuracy of entering drilling, diameter accuracy of microvoid and roundness of microvoid.
