摘要: 国内通用的摆线齿轮磨齿机,采用盘状砂轮逐点磨削加工,效率很低,已不适应我国生产发展的需要。本文找到了七种可能方案,筛选出一种利用砂带作磨具的,全齿宽同时磨削的方案,并用试验证实本方案都能成倍提高效率,降低成本。已在工厂正式投产。

Abstract: The current cycloidal gear grinders, which machine workpieces point by point, possess 400 low productivity to satisfy the development of national production. In engineering say carved surface being machined depends on two main factors, one is the shape of the cutting tool, another is the relative motion between the tool and the workpiece. By the use of the theory for forming surfaces, the seven ways for grinding cyclo gears have been found in order to choose the best one on the present condition, we take feasibility, machining quality, productivity and economy as evaluating targets. Through comparison, a new method with grinding belt as cutting tool has been selected. It works by way of radial feed, so a whole tooth length of cycloidal gears is ground at the same time. To reduce the experiments, we have discussed the relationship between technological parameters and the results. By using of computer the theoretically parameters have been optimized. Through productive test, it has been testified that the new method can highly increase productivity and decrease cost. So an advanced, practical, radially feeding method orfm finishing cyclo gears with abrasive belt as grinding tool has been developed.
