摘要: 在分析磨削温度场归一化意义的基础上,针对用以往时间量纲一参数归一化断续磨削瞬态温度场时存在峰谷值温度分布“错乱”问题,指出用它进行归一化会破坏原有物理量之间内在关系的完整性和齐次性。基于量纲Π定理的归一化分析方法,提出一种新的时间量纲一参数。采用该量纲一参数进行瞬态磨削温度场归一化时,能够有效地保证温度场中原有物理量之间的内在关系。将该时间量纲一参数与以往时间量纲一参数进行理论计算和试验对比验证,结果表明提出的新时间量纲一参数是合理的,并适用于归一化连续磨削瞬态温度场。

Abstract: The significance of normalizing temperature field in grinding is succinctly analyzed. The integrity and homogeneity of the inherent physical quantities was destroyed according to the time dimensionless parameters advanced by previous scholars, which can lead to disordered distributions of the peak and valley temperatures in calculation though using those parameters in normalization. A new kind of time dimensionless parameters is proposed by using the normalizing method based on the dimensional Π theorem, which can be used to normalize the transient temperature field and effectively guarantee the inner relationship between the original quantities in grinding. According to the results of calculation and experimental verification with the previous and present time dimensionless parameters, it is shown that the new dimensionless parameters brought forward are reasonable, and it is also applicable for the transient temperature field in continuous grinding.
