摘要: 通过数值模拟和试验研究,对一种工业自动化领域中广泛应用的多孔型小型液压缓冲器的动态特性进行了深入探讨和分析,考察了不同条件下液压缓冲器的动态特性,研究了负荷质量和冲击速度与液压缓冲器最大吸收能力的关系,为小型液压缓冲器的用户选型和最优设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract: A numerical simulation method based on the flow dynamic model is introduced to study the dynamic characteristic of the small hydraulic bumpers. The results of numerical simulation under different work conditions are coincided with the experimental data well. The relationship between kinetic parameters and the maximum capability of absorbed energy is investigated. The numerical simulation could be applied to instruct the type-selecting and optimum design of hydraulic bumpers.
