摘要: 我国目前正在自主研制民航大客机,噪声水平是其能否取得适航证的关键因素之一。在飞机着陆过程中,起落架噪声在飞机总噪声中已占据主体地位。基于试验数据,提出一种飞机起落架气动噪声的新型数值计算方法。该方法将起落架结构分解为圆柱体、机轮等基本部件。根据Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings方程,对每类基本部件提出对应的噪声预测方法。由这些基本部件组装成起落架,进而计算出起落架总体辐射噪声。该方法考虑多机轮存在情况,提出新型机轮模型,从而解决现有数值计算方法机轮模型过于简单,并导致不正确计算结果的问题;提出基于圆柱体方向仿真数据的圆柱体部件指向性确定方案,解决现有数值计算方法噪声辐射指向性错误的问题。另外,该方法能够确定出对起落架总体辐射噪声贡献最大的基本部件,为低噪声起落架设计提供依据。

Abstract: The civil aviation big plane is being developed in China. The noise level is a key factor to decide the airworthiness certificate ratification. On landing, the landing gear noise has become the major noise contributor for the total aircraft noise. Based on experimental data, a new numerical computational method for predicting aircraft landing gear noise is developed. In this method, the landing gear is divided into main parts, including cylinders and wheels. Then noise prediction models for every kind of parts are proposed by using the Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings equation. Finally, summed the noise of the different parts, the the total radiation noise of the landing gear can be obtained. The noise of landing gears with several wheels can be calculated by the new wheel model in the method, so the incorrect results by the simple wheel model in existing numerical methods can also be avoided. Based on the simulation data of the cylindrical directivity, the new model for calculating the directivity is proposed in the method. The model can be used to solve the problem of wrong directivity calculated in the existing numerical methods. Furthermore, the method can identify which part is the main noise source for the total radiation noise of the landing gear. The method can provide the technical support for designing the low noise land gear.
