摘要: 发展了一种非平衡态湿蒸气流动的快速准确数值模拟方法,该方法以解析化Wilson点参数及过渡函数算法为基础。以此方法模拟了喷管和二维叶栅的多个非平衡态凝结流动,计算和试验测量的压力分布较好地吻合。该方法可用于快速湿蒸气流动分析和湿蒸气汽轮机级设计。

Abstract: A fast and accurate method of numerical simulation of nonequilibrium steam condensation flow is developed based on analytical derivation of parameters of Wilson point and transition function method. The nucleating flows in nozzles and cascades are simulated by this method and good agreement is obtained between experiment and calculation. The developed method and code are useful for fast analysis of wet steam flow and design of wet steam turbine stages.
