摘要:   根据剃齿加工模型,建立了剃齿齿形的计算机模拟程序。经该程序求得的理论齿形与剃齿实测齿形基本一致。提出了剃齿加工综合啮合刚度的概念,经研究表明,综合啮合刚度是影响剃齿齿形的主要原因。

Abstract:   A computer simulation program of gear shaving is developed on the basis of the model of cutting mechanism. Shaved tooth forms calculated by this simulation program showed a qualitative agreement with the experimental results. And a new conception of which we call a comprehensive meshing stiffness in gear shaving is proposed. It is concluded that a comprehensive meshing stiffness has a principal effection on the shaved tooth forms.
