摘要:   采用最优性准则方法,给合结构优化设计中的双因子算法,有效地解决了给定弹性机构某几阶固有频率时设计构件截面参数这类逆特征问题。给出了递推设计公式及机构特征值的二阶灵敏度公式,给出了处理应力约束和位移约束的方法,讨论了双因子的取值范围。算例表明采用本文方法设计弹性连杆机构的载面参数,可以有效避免低阶谐振现象,使机构的动力学性能有较大改善。

Abstract:   Combining with the optimality criterion method and the bi-factor algorithm, the inverse eigenvalue problem for optimal parameters design of elastic mechanisms is solved effectively. Recursion formulas for resizing the design variables and the first and second order design sensitivity formulas of eigenvalues for the elastic mechanisms are presented. The stress and displacement constraints are considered in the design process. The value ranges for the two relaxation factors are also discussed. Examples indicate that, by means of the presented method to design the sectional parameters of elastic mechanisms, the lower order resonance phenomenon can be almost avoided and the dynamic properties of the mechanisms can be significantly improved.
