摘要:   通过采用长齿高制和角度负变位,借助于优化设计,可使螺旋锥齿轮的重合度达到2.1~2.7。当中点螺旋角大于25度时,在中等载荷下可保持实际的双齿对传动。理论分析和实验表明,这种新齿制螺旋锥齿轮不仅噪声低而且强度高,可在国内现有的机床上使用标准系列刀具加工。

Abstract:   A need kind of spiral bevel gear is presented which is based on long tooth height and shoot-shoot addendum modification. By the optimal technique, it is possible to gain the contact ratio more than 2.1~2.7. For spiral angle βm>25°, there are always double pair teeth in mesh on one half of full loading. The theoretical analysis and experiment show clearly that this new kind of spiral bevel gear have a good quality of low sound and high strength. It can be cut by any current tool machine and standard cutters.
