摘要: 水电站水轮机的选用及该系列产品设计依赖于模型综合特性曲线。这些曲线大多以图形为载体由供货方提供,在水电站的优化设计中需要对图中的各种特性以数学方法给以表达以便设计的自动化。以往这类工作均是以人工读取再录入计算机,不仅工作量大,繁琐而且采集误差也大,难以满足现代设计要求。据此给出了通过计算机鼠标的点击自动地获得图中特性参数及高精度的曲线模拟方法和按绘图走笔顺序排列纪录的方法。它满足为适应个性化需求不断地提供新的模型转轮特性曲线所需要的快速处理。另外,提出的方法还适应于其他各类图的数据采集。

Abstract: The selection of hydraulic turbines for a power station and the same kind of product designs depend on the performance curves of a turbine model. The curves are provided in graphs. During of the optimum design of a power station, various kinds of characters in the graphs need to be expressed in mathematic methods so as to design automatically. At present, they are read out by human and input into computer so that we have a great deal of work to do and errors are often let to. It is difficult to be satisfied for modern designs, therefore, the characteristic pa-rameters in graphs are automatically gotten by the clicking of a mouse, curves are fitted with higher accuracy so as to design automatically and an arrangement record method in their drawing order is established. They can quickly deal with a large number of supplied performance curve for model turbines to meet the needs of modern individualization. In addition, the method is also suitable for the data collection of other kinds of pictures.
