摘要: 分析了平头铣刀五轴加工中的刀具干涉问题,就刀具底面过切干涉和刀杆碰撞干涉提出了切实可行的检测算法及具体避免干涉的方法。给出了平头铣刀的无干涉路径规划。

Abstract: The interference by the flat-end cutter in 5-axis machining of sculptured surfaces is discussed. A practiable method of check and avoidance is presented for the overcutting on tool end and touch interference on the tool body. The interference-free tool path planning is given.
