Progress in Surface Optical Functional Texture and Preparation of Crystalline Silicon Cells

摘要: 表面功能织构研究已逐步发展到多学科交叉整体性设计和制造科学问题,晶体硅电池是太阳能光伏发电的主流产品,表面光功能织构可有效提高晶体硅电池光电转换效率。从晶体硅电池表面光功能织构的作用出发,介绍常规晶体硅电池表面织构的类型及其制备方法,分析直接在晶体硅电池表面制备光功能织构的瓶颈问题,论述复合光功能织构晶体硅电池的研究现状、存在的难点和核心问题,指出高效晶体硅电池表面光功能织构制备的发展趋势。

Abstract: Surface functional texture research has gradually developed into multidisciplinary cross-integrated design and manufacturing science issues. Crystalline silicon cells are the mainstream technology of solar photovoltaic power generation, and surface light functional texture can effectively improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of crystalline silicon cells. Based on the function of optical functional texture of crystalline silicon cells, the types of surface texture of conventional crystalline silicon cells and their preparation methods are introduced. The bottleneck problems of optical functional texture directly on the surface of crystalline silicon cells are analyzed. The research status, difficulties and core problems of composite optical functional textured crystalline silicon cells are discussed. The development trend of optical functional texture preparation of high efficiency crystalline silicon cells is pointed out.
