摘要:

表面织构化是一种在物体表面制备一系列规则且具有一定尺寸和分布的凹槽、凹坑或凸起等结构的加工技术,自其问世以来就备受国内外同行学者们的普遍关注,当然也存在一定的争议和分歧,主要在于理论研究的结果是否能够完全且成功地应用到实际工程中,以及实际或模拟试验中存在的一些现象又如何通过理论来合理解释。从理论与试验两大方面出发,对现有表面织构化技术的研究情况进行梳理和分析,并进一步指出当前所存在的主要问题及将来的发展趋势。

Abstract:

The regular grooves, dimples or bulges with certain size and distribution can be made on the object surface by employing the machining technology called surface texturing. This technology has attracted much attention of fellow scholars at home and abroad since its emergence. Of course, there are still some controversies and differences between theoretical and experimental studies. For example, if the theoretical results can be applied in the real engineering fully and successfully? And how the phenomenon happened in reality or model experiment can be explained reasonably based on the theoretical knowledge. In this manuscript, the studies on surface texturing have been collected and analyzed both in the theoretical and experimental aspects. Furthermore, the main problems and the development tendency in the future also have been pointed out accordingly.
