机床制造加工数字化车间信息模型及其应用研究

Research on the Information Model of Digital Machining Workshop for Machine Tools and Its Applications

摘要: 车间/工厂内普遍存在来自不同厂家且功能各异的自动化装备和系统,其在信息层面表现为分布于不同网络层次的异构数据。异构系统与设备之间的互联互通是实现制造信息化和智能化的基础,是数字化车间集成的一个核心问题。解决这一问题的关键是建立规范一致的信息模型。针对机床制造加工数字化车间的信息互联互通问题,在分析数字化车间架构、功能要求和信息流的基础上,建立了机床制造加工数字化车间的信息模型架构。通过明确数字化车间信息模型的元素定义、建模规则和建模方法,实现了模型的标准化和一致性。随后,基于OPC统一构架(OPC unified architecture,OPC UA),建立了该信息模型在OPC UA地址空间中的映射规则和基于OPC UA服务器/客户端实现信息模型数据存储和交互的方法。最终,采用OPC UA协议将信息模型映射到OPC UA地址空间,选取典型现场应用场景,完成了信息模型的实例化,验证了所提出的机床制造加工数字化车间信息模型的实用性。

Abstract: Automated equipment and systems with different functions and from different manufacturers are widely existed in the workshop/factory. They bring a large number of heterogeneous information distributed at different network levels. The interconnection and interoperability between heterogeneous systems and devices is the basis for the informationization and intelligent manufacturing, and is a core issue in digital workshop integration. The key to solving this problem is to establish a standard and consistent information model. The architecture of the information model of digital machining workshop for machine tools is proposed based on the analysis of its structure, functional model and information flow. By clarifying the element definition, modeling rules and methods, the standardization and consistency of the information model of the digital workshop is achieved. Then, the rules that map the information model in to the OPC UA (Unified architecture) address space is established. The approach for implementing data storage and interaction of the information model based on the OPC UA server/client are also discussed. Finally, the feasibility of mapping the information model to the OPC UA address space is verified. An instantiated information model is established based on an instance of application scenario, and the practicability of the information model is tested.
