摘要: 本文研究了粉末冶金法制造SiCp/LY12复合材料的超塑性7测定了等温热反拆挤压态SiCp/LY127SC/LY12复合材料的位伸、压缩m值,分析了工艺参数对超塑性的影响,确定了超塑成形工艺参数,并初步分析了SiCp/LY127SC/LY12复合材料的显微结构和超塑性的关系。

Abstract: The auperplasticity of SiCp/LY12 composites fabricated by PM method has been researched in the paper. The strain rate sensiticity index of SiCp/LY12 Compos lies extruded was measured in elongation state or compression state. Based on analyzing influence of technologic parameters on the superplasticily, the parameters of superplastic forming were elected. The preliminary study of the microsiructure and superplastioity of the composites has been conducted.
