摘要: 一种新型焊接电源采用了IGBT直接整流及PWM凋制,无须变压器,减少了能量转换环节,提高了电源效率。并且该电源只在各相电压和线电压较低的时刻吸收电流,克服了普通整流电源在高电压时短时间吸收电流对电网的污染。本电源体积小,质量轻,效率高,运行可靠,无噪声,是很有发展前途的电源。

Abstract: A DC supply by using IGBT to realize rectification and PWM without any transformer can improve power efficiency with less transformation. Meanwhile it absorbs current only when each phase voltages and line voltages is low, so it will not pollute the electric net while general supply absorbs current in a short time at high voltage. It is a prospective large current low voltage DC supply because of its features as small volume, low weight, high efficiency, stable work and no noise etc.
