铁道车辆横向开关半主动悬架系统研究

摘要: 采用半主动悬架系统是提高铁道车辆横向平稳性能的途径。提出一种基于天棚原理的横向开关半主动悬架系统,能方便、简单地运用于现有的高速铁道车辆。仿真计算和实测结果均表明:与采用被动悬架相比,铁道车辆采用开关半主动悬架系统时车体横向加速度和横向速度值均有下降,横向平稳性能得到改善。

Abstract: Application of semi-active suspensions is an effective way to improve the lateral comfort of railway vehicle. A lateral on-off semi-active suspension which can be conveniently used in the train is illustrated. The simulation and test results show that contrast to passive suspension, the accelerations and velocities are reduced when the system is installed on the vehicle. Hence the lateral stability has been improved.
