摘要: 作者在前一篇论文[1]中运用边界原理论处理了层流冷凝液膜的放热问题。本文把同样的理论推广到冷凝液膜部分湍流时的放热问题,并且和前一篇论文一样,将特别注意低Pr数介质的特点。

Abstract: This is an extension of the same theory developed in an earlier paper to the ease of film condensation with partly turbulent, flowing condensate film. The result of the theoretical treatment agrees with the experimental data to a degree equivalent to the Nussell’s formula in the region of laminar flowing film. For the porpose of design calculations the following correlation is recommended.This correlation predicts the value of heat transfer coefficient 36% higher than the theoretical formula and is in good agreement with empirical formulae from various sources.A more general theory is developed and in applicable to the case of condensate of extremely low Pr. For Pr<1, it is demonstrated that in comprison with the laminar came somewhat greater errors will be introduced by neglecting the condemate acceleration and reactive about heat transfer. Taking care of these corrections. The coefficient of heat transfer falls even much below than that of Nunell’s formula. The final result is given in the graphic form.
