摘要: 对机械系统主要零部件实施疲劳过程在线预报,保证系统的安全性和可靠性,有重要的实际工程意义。以神经网络和局部应力应变法为基础,建立了一个疲劳损伤在线预报方法。该方法使得局部应力应变法不仅应用在设计阶段,而且可以根据实际载荷进行疲劳损伤的在线计算,从而进行疲劳破坏的预报。

Abstract: To ensure the safety and reliability of machine system, it is rather important to predict tile fatigue damage of the main components. Based on the neural networks theory and local strain approach, a fatigue damage on-line prognosis method is presented. This method can calculate the fatigue damage in real time according to the sevice loading and predict the fatigue failure. Thus, the local strain approach is used net only in the design stage but also for fatigue prognosis.
