基于Weibull分布的铝/镁异种金属电磁脉冲焊接接头疲劳寿命研究

Research on Fatigue Life of Al/Mg Dissimilar Metals Electromagnetic Pulse Welding Joints Based on Weibull Distribution

摘要: 采用电磁脉冲焊接技术成功获得1.0 mm厚5052铝合金管材和1.5 mm厚AZ31镁合金管材的搭接接头,优化工艺参数可使铝/镁接头的强度高于铝合金母材。通过疲劳性能测试和断口表征研究了铝/镁接头的疲劳寿命和疲劳失效特点,结果表明:铝/镁接头焊缝的长度随着放电能量的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,放电能量为35 kJ时接头抗剪切性能最好;铝/镁接头对疲劳加载较为敏感,接头的疲劳寿命随着应力水平的增大逐渐降低;低应力水平下接头的疲劳失效位置为Mg管受冲击处,高应力水平下接头的疲劳失效位置为焊缝处;基于双参数Weibull分布对接头的疲劳寿命进行统计分析,绘出不同可靠度(10%、36.8%、50%和90%)下的S-N曲线,为铝/镁电磁脉冲焊接接头在汽车等工业领域中的应用提供理论依据和试验参考。

Abstract: The lap joints of 1.0 mm thick 5052 aluminum alloy tube and 1.5 mm thick AZ31 magnesium alloy tube were successfully obtained by electromagnetic pulse welding technology. The strength of Al/Mg joints is higher than that of Al alloy base metal by optimizing the process parameters. The fatigue life and fatigue failure characteristics of Al/Mg joints are studied by fatigue performance testing and fracture characterization. The results show that the weld length of Al/Mg joints increased first and then decreased with the increase of discharge energy, and the mechanical properties of Al/Mg joints are the best when the discharge energy is 35 kJ. The Al/Mg joints are more sensitive to fatigue loading, and the fatigue life of Al/Mg joints gradually decreased with the increase of stress. The fatigue failure location of the joints at low stress levels is the impact zone of Mg tube, while the fatigue failure location of the joints at high stress levels is the weld seam. The fatigue life of the joints is statistically analyzed based on dual parameter Weibull distribution, and S-N curves are plotted under different confidence levels (10%, 36.8%, 50% and 90%), which provides certain theoretical basis and teat reference for the application of Al/Mg electromagnetic pulse welding joints in automotive and other industrial fields.
