Redesign Method of Product Structure Scheme Based on Structure Extension Model

摘要: 针对产品结构设计要素之间存在非功能作用且作用关系形式不统一、不易识别、表达拓展性差等问题,提出了基于结构可拓模型的产品结构方案再设计方法。考虑非功能作用与结构的关联关系,基于可拓理论提出产品结构基元概念,即实体元、交互元、可供性元,并基于此构建产品结构可拓模型,用于表达产品结构设计要素及作用关系。借助需求—可供性—交互关系—结构多个设计域映射机制,通过需求—可供性映射挖掘产品待改进可供性,通过可供性—交互关系—结构映射确定产品待改进结构。对可供性元进行拓展分析得到产品可行结构方案集。采用优度评价法选取最优结构方案。给出结构可拓变换规则,实现产品结构再设计方案。最后以跟腱康复装置再设计为例,验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To solve the problems of non-functional function between the design elements of product structure, inconsistent form of action relationship, difficult to identify, poor extension of expression, a product structure scheme redesign method based on structure extension model is proposed. Considering the relationship between non-functional function and structure, the concept of product structure primitive is proposed based on the extension theory.It refers to entity element, interaction element and affordance element, and the structure extension model of product is constructed to express the design elements and action relationship of the product structure based on this concept.Through the mapping mechanism of multiple design domains such as requirement-affordance-interactive relationship-structure, mining the affordance of product to be improved through requirement-affordance mapping, identifying the structure of product to be improved through affordance-interactive relationship-structure mapping.The affordance elements are extended and transformed to obtain a feasible set of structure scheme.Optimal structure scheme is selected by the superiority evaluating method. The structure extension transformation rule is given to realize the product structure redesign scheme. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by taking the redesign of the Achilles tendon rehabilitation device as an example.
