基于物-场可供性模型提升产品设计质量的研究*

Enhancing the Quality of Product Design Based on Substance-field Affordance Model

摘要:

现有的产品设计主要是基于功能的设计,着重于结构对功能的实现。但是,产品的功能无法完整反映产品的全部设计要求,不宜用功能表达的设计要求通常用“可供性”来表达。大量设计表现为主要功能保持不变,而通过考虑可供性来实现产品进化。在可供性理论与物-场分析理论基础上,提出一种面向产品概念设计过程基于“物-场可供性”模型提升产品设计质量的方法。将“物-场可供性”模型集成到现有的功能设计流程中,再利用实体交互矩阵分析产品设计方案中积极与消极交互作用,通过对积极作用最大化、消极作用最小化优化产品原理方案,实现产品设计质量的提升。采茶机的设计实例验证了基于“物-场可供性”模型的设计方法可以有效提升产品设计质量。

Abstract:

:The existing product design is mainly based on function, which focuses on the structure to achieve the function. However, the function of the product can’t completely reflect all requirements of product design, design requirements which shouldn't be expressed by function usually expressed by “affordance”. A lot of design show that evolution of the product is mainly the change of affordance and the main function of it essentially unchanged. Based on the theory of affordance and Substance-field analysis, the method of enhancing the quality of the product design based on “substance-field affordance” model(SFAM) in product conceptual design stage is proposed in the article. The SFAM is integrated in the conceptual design of product which is designed currently based on function, in addition, “the entity interaction matrix” be used to analysis the positive and negative interactions of product design solution and the product principle solution can be optimized after maximizing positive interactions and minimizing negative interactions of product, the quality of product design accordingly can be enhanced. Finally, the tea plucking machine is used as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
