摘要: 在考虑实际齿轮啮合刚度及静态传递误差的基础上,研究含不同修形量和修形长度齿轮的动态行为。利用有限单元方法得到不同修形齿轮的啮合刚度及静态传递误差,将啮合刚度及静态传递误差引入到动力学分析模型中,并提出以齿轮副的振动幅值及动态因子来衡量齿轮修形优劣的方法。数值分析表明:该方法可以有效地鉴别不同修形时齿轮的动态性能的差异;考虑修形及轮齿侧隙的齿轮动态行为分析,有助于了解齿轮的真实运行性能;宽转速范围内的齿轮副动力学分析,对理解修形齿轮的动态性能,并择优确定修形的长度及修形量具有重要的意义。

Abstract: The effects of modification on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics are analyzed. The accurate mesh stiffness and static transmission error are calculated by using finite element method. The mesh stiffness and static transmission error are introduced in the nonlinear dynamic gear transmission system directly. And the general Fourier series is not adopted to approximate the mesh stiffness and static transmission error in order to avoid confusion between the modification and approximate error. The vibration amplitude and dynamic factor are proposed to indicate the effects of modification on the gear nonlinear dynamics characteristics. The numerical results show that the proposed method can be used to discriminate the effect of modification; the dynamic analysis based on nonlinear system with backlash and modification can provide comprehensive understanding on the transmission characteristic; the effects of modification are analyzed in a broadband rotation speed, which are helpful to determine the modification length and amplitude.
