摘要: 非圆锥齿轮副是一种典型的用于相交轴或交错轴间运动传递的齿轮机构。根据滚子凸轮副与非圆锥齿轮副的传动原理及特点,提出一种可同时实现相交轴间的旋转运动和输出端轴向移动的新型非圆锥齿轮副——正交复合运动锥齿轮副;运用齿轮啮合原理及共轭曲面理论,建立正交复合运动锥齿副轮传动坐标系,结合标准球面渐开线圆锥齿轮齿面模型,推导该齿轮副共轭齿面方程;分析基于特定节曲线的正交复合运动锥齿轮副位移及传动比影响因子及其变化规律;采用范成加工方法,运用SolidWorks设计软件,获得瞬时接触微平面并完成齿廓设计,实现正交复合运动锥齿轮副的精确齿面、实体模型的建立及运动分析。

Abstract: Non-circular bevel gear is a typical gear mechanism and often applied to the intersecting axes or interlacing axes transmissions. An orthogonal composite-motion bevel gear is put forward based on the combination of cam mechanism and non-circular bevel gear. This new gear pair can implement the rotation of intersecting axes as well as the movement of output axe. The mathematic modeling of conjugate tooth surface is derived based on the equations of spherical involute and the theory of conjugate surfaces. Base on the specific curves of the orthogonal composite-motion bevel gear, the influencing factors and variation is analyzed. According to the motion relationships of the gears and the method of generation, the design of tooth profile is completed according to the instantaneous contact micro planes and the establishment of solid model for the orthogonal composite-motion bevel gear is presented with the application of SolidWorks.
