摘要: 为了快速准确评估复杂产品选材方案回收性能,为绿色选材提供量化的指导,研究面向绿色选材的复杂产品材料回收策略模型及应用。介绍复杂产品绿色选材的原则及过程,分析选材方案对回收策略的影响,基于多色理论建立复杂产品材料组成的多色图模型,并以此为基础研究基于多色图模型的选材及回收策略实现过程。根据材料的相容性确定材料回收的方式,并结合产品结构生成回收策略,从而有效计算回收成本得到回收的经济效益。采用Eco-Indicator’99法得到材料回收的环境效益,组成对选材方案的综合性能评估。实现基于多色图理论的选材算法,并以汽车门框弧焊治具为例,快速生成各种选材方案并从材料回收的角度进行优劣排序,为绿色选材方案决策提供了实际指导,提出的方法得到了应用验证。

Abstract: To estimate recycling performance for the material selection schemes of complex products and provide quantitative guidance for green material selection, material recycling model of complex products and its application are studied. Principles and processes of green material selection for complex products are discussed and the relationship between material selection and recycling process is analyzed. A polychromatic graph model of product material composition is constructed based on polychromatic theory and then the process to select material and generate the corresponding recycling strategy is carried out. Compatibility of materials is analyzed through which the way of material recycling is determined and then the recycling strategy can be formulated considering the product structure. The costs of the recycling strategy are calculated and the recycling economic benefits can be estimated. Eco-Indicator’99 method is used to calculate the environmental benefits of recycling then the efficiency of the recycling strategy can be got. The algorithm for material selection based on polychromatic graph is given and with the example of material selection for car door welding fixture this method is proved practical.
