新型多向主动加载模具结构优化设计

摘要: 开发出一种曲面分模型式的凹模,解决多向主动加载成形时产生飞边的难题。以典型枝杈类壳体零件为基础,通过对主动加载模具的结构参数(凸体的长度、宽度以及凹模下部锥度)进行优化,分析各自变化条件下飞边产生的情况和各自变形均匀程度,得到不同参数时的最大成形载荷曲线和飞边生成质量与模具参数的拟合方程,据此获得多向加载少、无飞边模具结构的设计准则,为多向主动加载以及开式模锻过程中减小飞边以及避免飞边的产生提供理论依据。根据模拟数据的趋势确定最佳的多向模具结构参数取值范围,模拟结果显示,基本避免壳体底部飞边的产生,变形比较均匀,水平加载载荷也很小,均符合预期结果。在模拟基础上设计模具进行试验验证,成形出合格的典型枝杈类零件,其各项性能指标都超过原来的要求。

Abstract: For resolve the problem of flash generation in multi-way active loading forming,a mould with surface splitting mold is developed. Based on the shell parts with branch, by optimize the length, width and taper of the mould, the conditions of flash generation and their uniformity of deformation are analyzed, the curve of the maximum loading is obtained. Combined the filling simulation, obtained the optimal structural parameters, and mold structure design criteria for multi-way active loading, which provides a theoretical basis for reduce the flash or avoid the generation of flash in the active loading or forging process. According to the simulation data to determine the trend of optimal multi mold structure parameters, the simulation results show, It has avoid the flash to produce in the bottom of shell, deformation uniformity, horizontal load is small, which are consistent with the expected results. Based on simulation, by experimental verification after design, the qualified branch of parts is formed, and its performance has exceeded the original requirements.
