基于多域互用的数控机床模块化配置设计

摘要: 为实现数控机床各级功能部件的选型优配设计,提出一种多域互用的数控机床模块化配置设计方法。通过机床功能部件的机电液属性池定义模块,根据模块的隶属与层次关系创建产品偏序模板。定义关键模块、相关模块、虚拟模块,以表征各模块的优先级与重要性。根据零部件选型与优配约束,确定模块的实例化规则。由可比属性间的模糊隶属度推算两模块相关性,通过Karhunen-Loeve变换遴选出关键模块,根据支持矢量机多分类实现产品树重构。由布局设计促进模块实例化,由结构变异实现难直接重用零件的互用,根据设计需求输出模块化物料清单与装配体,最终实现多域互用的模块化配置设计。开发了模块化配置设计原型系统,应用于HMS系列某卧式加工中心设计,结果表明,通过“属性—模块—模板”的层级映射将已有的数控机床设计拓展到“布局域—选配域—变异域”多域互用的模块化配置设计,扩大了零部件借用范围,降低了不同布局的产品族间的非标件比率,有利于提高数控机床的设计效率和质量。

Abstract: To realize type selection and optimum configuration of grading functional units for numerical control (NC) machine tools, a modular configuration design method for NC machine tools based on multi-domain mutual-use (MDMU) is put forward. The modules are defined by mechanical-electrical-hydraulic characteristics pool of the functional units of the machine tools. The product partial order templates are constructed by the membership and gradation relations of the modules. The key module, related module, virtual module are defined to represent the priority and significance of various modules. The instantiation rules of the modules are defined by type selection and optimum configuration constraints of components and parts. The correlation between two modules is reckoned by fuzzy membership of comparable characteristics. The key modules are selected by Karhunen-Loeve transformation. The product tree is reconstructed by multi-class support vector machine (SVM). The module instantiation is enhanced by layout design. The mutual-use of parts which are difficult to be reused directly is realized by part structure variation. The modular configuration design based on MDMU is finally accomplished by getting modular bill of material (MBOM) and assembly from the design requirements. The modular configuration design prototype is developed and applied to the design of the HMS series horizontal machining center. The test results proves that the current design of NC machine tools is extended to “layout domain-adapting domain-part variation domain” MDMU modular configuration design by “characteristics-modules-templates” hierarchy mapping, so it expands the mutual-use scope, decreases the ratio of non-standard parts between the product families with different layouts. It helps to improve efficiency and quality of NC machine tools design.
