摘要: 根据角膜移植手术缝合的技术要求,设计一种应用于角膜移植手术的基于形状记忆合金(Shape memory alloy, SMA) 的缝合钉。分析SMA的特性,并通过试验验证其与角膜生物组织的相容性。根据角膜的尺寸和参数对缝合钉的尺寸和形状进行设计,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立角膜和缝合钉相互作用的有限元模型,并对设计尺寸进行优化。为角膜移植手术提供一种新思路和新方法,很大程度上简化缝合过程,避免缝线打结和术后拆线的操作,对于发展新型医疗技术有重要意义。

Abstract: A corneal suturing nail based on shape memory alloy (SMA), which is applied to the corneal transplant operation, is designed. The characteristics of the SMA are researched, and the corneal tissue compatibility is verified according to the experiments. The size and shape of the nail are designed based on the corneal size and parameters. The finite element models of the cornea and suture nail are established to optimize the size of the nail by the finite element software ANSYS. The new idea and method for the corneal transplant operation are obtained, which simplifies the process of suturing to a large extent and avoid the operation of tying the suture knot and removing the stitches. The method is of great significance to the development of new medical technology.
