摘要: 针对公理设计和通用设计理论存在约束严格、设计评价不合理等问题,提出将公理设计的独立公理和信息公理与通用设计理论QUINT设计模型相结合,并针对扩展后的通用设计过程模型提出融合耦合度、信息量、技术性指标、经济性指标和社会性指标的设计方案多指标综合评价方法。基于所提出的设计过程模型和评价方法进行机械式邮资机表头结构设计,得到综合最优设计方案并应用于生产实际,达到预期设计目标,证明基于公理设计的通用设计过程模型的有效性。

Abstract: Due to the current axiomatic and general-design theories have some disadvantages such as strict constraint and unreasonable design evaluation, an extended general design process model is proposed, which integrates both the independent axiom and information axiom of the axiomatic design, and the QUINT model of general design theory. And a multi-target evaluation method is proposed for the extended general design process model, which includes the coupling degree, information content, technical indicator, economic indicator and social indicator. Based on the proposed model and evaluation method, a mechanical postage meter header is optimally designed. It achieves the anticipated targets for the practical manufacture applications, which proves the effectiveness of the general-design process model.
