摘要: 面向车灯反射器配光曲面建模中高精度和高效率的基本要求,提出一种基于迭代微调的复杂曲面快速建模方法。该方法通过对曲面基本骨架曲线控制顶点的微调计算,使曲面能够较好地满足精度误差控制要求,同时迭代拟合过程的快速收敛,实现了曲面微调过程的自动化,从而保证了高效的曲面逆向建模。设计实例表明该方法能够稳定、快速地创建高精度的车灯反射器曲面,有效地提高企业生产效率。

Abstract: Free form reflector reverse modeling has rigid precision and efficiency requirements, which are related of optical characteristics. A rapid modeling method of surface minor adjustment is presented, which is based on iterative fitting. The reflector surfaces can be created rapidly by minor adjusting the section curves iteratively, and the whole process is under error control. Design applications show that developed techniques can deal with the reflector modeling stably and rapidly, and improve enterprise productivity obviously.
