摘要: 对R410A-润滑油混合物在7 mm C形水平光管内流动沸腾的换热特性进行试验研究和分析,并基于混 合物性开发出7 mm C形水平光管内流动沸腾的换热预测关联式。试验工况为:质流密度200 kg?m–2?s–1、 300 kg?m–2?s–1、400?kg?m–2?s–1;蒸发温度5 ℃;测试段干度范围为0.3~0.8;润滑油浓度范围为1%~5%。润滑油的存在引起换热增强,最大增强换热达30.1%。而随着干度及质流密度的增加,润滑油对换热的增强作用减弱。基于混合物性开发的新关联式预测值与90%以上的试验数据的偏差都在±15%以内,平均偏差5.1%,最大偏差为21.9%。

Abstract: Evaporation heat transfer characteristics of R410A- oil mixture in 7 mm C-shape smooth tube are investigated and a new correlation for R410A-oil mixture in 7 mm C-shape smooth tube is developed. The experiment is carried out at evaporation temperature 5 ℃, and test quality ranges from 0.3 to 0.8, oil concentration ranges from 1% to 5%, mass flux range from 200 to 400 kg?m–2?s–1. Oil enhances the heat transfer, and the heat transfer coefficient becomes much larger with the increase of oil concentration, and the largest increase of heat transfer coef-ficient caused by oil is about 30.1% as compared to that of pure refrigerant. A new heat transfer correlation for R410A-oil mix-ture in 7 mm C-shape smooth tube is developed based on re-frigerant-oil mixture properties. It can agree with more than 90% experimental data within the deviation of ±15% and the average deviation and maximum deviation are 5.1% and 21.9% respectively.
