摘要: 针对有限元单元中包含曲面信息的特点,提出了一种改进的自动翻法线算法——片内种子单元法。该算法能够利用生成的有限元单元中包含曲面片信息的特点,分别对各曲面片独立地进行翻法线操作,对曲面片之间存在裂缝、重叠等缺陷有较强的适应性。该算法能快速准确地使工具有限元单元的法线保持一致,为后续板料成形数值模拟中的接触算法提供必要的前提条件。

Abstract: Aim at the surface patch message in finite element, an improved automatic reverse normal arithmetic is presented: seed element inside surface patch arithmetic. The arithmetic can reverse part normal on every surface patch independently according as surface patch message and adapts fault such as break, overlap between surface patches preferable. It makes finite element normal consistent rapidly and accurately, and provides necessary precondition for the follow contact arithmetic in numerical simulation technology of sheet forming process.
