全断面岩石掘进机三维破岩理论研究

Theoretical Study on Three-dimensional Rock Breaking of Tunnel Boring Machine

摘要: 全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀破岩理论研究一直是领域研究热点难题之一,但在研究内容和研究方法上多以盘形滚刀线性滚压破碎岩石的试验为基础,而全断面岩石掘进机实际作业盘形滚刀是圆形滚压破碎岩石,即三维滚动破岩。据此,研制出了三维盘形滚刀并应用ABAQUS软件建立三维盘形滚刀圆形滚动破岩的有限元模型,通过分析计算盘形滚刀破岩力和不同刀间距下的破岩比能,研究三维盘形滚刀在不同贯入度下的三维最优刀间距。应用Origin软件拟合分析,提出并建立了三维盘形滚刀的三维最优刀间距确定公式。将三维盘形滚刀和确定的三维最优刀间距理论应用于某TBM刀盘并与原刀盘主参数对比,发现采用三维盘形滚刀和三维刀间距的刀盘比原刀盘的推力减小15.8%,扭矩减小22.05%,验证了三维盘形滚刀和三维刀间距布置盘形滚刀可有效提高TBM的破岩效能。

Abstract: The disc hob rock breaking theory research of tunnel boring machine has been one of the hotspots in the related fields, but the research content and research method are mostly based on the experiment of linear rolling rock breaking with disc hob, while the actual operation of the tunnel boring machine disc hob is a circular rolling rock crushing, that is, the three-dimensional rolling rock breaking. Accordingly, a three-dimensional disc hob have been designed and the finite element model of three-dimensional disc hob circular rolling rock breaking by ABAQUS software. Through the analysis and calculation of the disc hob rock breaking force and the rock-breaking specific energy on different disc hob spacing, the study of the three-dimensional optimal disc hob spacing of three-dimensional dis hob under different penetration is investigated. The formula for determining the optimal disc hob spacing of the three-dimensional disc hob is proposed and established by fitting analysis with Origin software. The three-dimensional disc hob and the three-dimensional optimal cutter spacing theory are applied to a TBM cutter and compared with the main parameters of original cutter, and it is found that: the cutter with three-dimensional disc hob and three-dimensional cutter spacing reduces 15.8% of thrust and 22.05% of torque compared with the original cutter. The thesis research proved that the theory of three-dimensional disc hob and three-dimensional cutter spacing arrangement can effectively improve the rock-breaking efficiency of TBM.
