气动系统充放气过程中气体状态多变指数的简化与确定

摘要: 以较大容积的容器和较小管长的气管组成的气动系统的充放气过程为研究模型,提出分段处理多变指数的研究方法和结果。研究表明,气动系统充放气过程的多变指数可以采用根据压力的变化关系分两段处理、且在每一个阶段上用不变的近似值来计算的方法,以提供更加接近于实际系统中的参数。第一阶段为压力从初始压力达到预定压力的0.99倍(充气过程)或1.01倍(放气过程)的阶段、其多变指数为1.0~1.4之间的某一常数;第二阶段为等压过程、多变指数为0。和目前的处理方法相比,既考虑了传热对系统的影响(和按绝热过程处理相比),也考虑了多变指数的变化(和按等温过程处理相比),为正确选择和处理多变指数提供新的方法,系统地了解气动系统充放气过程中气体状态的变化,研究有关物理现象提供理论基础。

Abstract: A pneumatic system consisted of a relatively large container and a short tube is interuiewed. The system is carefully modeled and heat transfer is taken into account. Then simplification is done based on the theoretical calculation and experiments, which shows that both filling and exhausting process could be divided into two stages according to the value of the pressure. The first stage is that the pressure rises or drops 99% of the whole value that to rise or drop, the polytropic exponent could be treated as a constant between 1.0 and 1.4, the rest of the filling or exhausting process is the second stage, and the polytropic expo-nent could be treated as 0 since the second stage could be treated as isobaric one. This method takes both heat transfer and the varying of polytropic exponent into account, and thus is more precious to describe a pneumatic system.
