摘要: 提供了一套点接触齿面啮合分析的理论公式,这些公式不包含机床调整参数,只涉及到接触点相对于齿轮副的位置以及齿面的一阶和二阶参数,适用于齿面啮合的任何接触点。利用这些公式,能够非常方便地在设计齿面副参数的同时就对齿面进行啮合分析。此外,通过这些公式,从理论上清楚地阐明了点接触齿面副的失配机理,这对点接触齿面副的设计具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: A set of theoretical formulae for the meshing analysis of point-contact tooth surfaces is presented. The formulae without machine settings are only related to the parameters within second order of a pair of tooth surfaces and are suitable for any contact point on the tooth surfaces. With these formulae, the meshing analysis of a pair of tooth surfaces can be done very easily at the same time as the parameters of the tooth surfaces are designed. Moreover, through these formulae a clear explanation of the mismatch mechanism for point-contact tooth surfaces is given in theory, which is very important for the design of point-contact tooth surfaces.
