基于Seebeck效应的齿面温度测量研究

Novel Measurement Method of Tooth Surface Contact Temperature for Spur Gear Pair Based on Seebeck Effect

摘要: 齿轮传动过程中齿面摩擦消耗的机械能转化而来的热能,引起齿面接触温度升高,影响齿轮的啮合特性。准确的试验测量方法能够揭示轮齿工作过程中的齿面温度变化规律,有助于建立精确的计算方法以便对齿面温度进行预测和控制。根据Seebeck效应基本原理提出齿面接触温度的直接测量方法,研发可直接获取齿高方向任意点齿面接触温度的直齿轮齿面温度测量试验台。考虑齿轮多状态啮合特性、载荷分配率及不同润滑状态下摩擦系数的影响,对Blok闪温计算公式进行改进。对照试验测量与理论计算结果,结合绝对误差和测量不确定度,分析二者之间的一致性及误差产生原因。该试验台能反映齿距、齿高、润滑以及啮合点等对齿面接触温度变化的影响。试验证实多状态啮合区域的划分是准确的,可为齿轮传动系统温度预测和控制及其理论计算方法的改进和完善提供依据。

Abstract: The meshing characteristics of gears is affected by the increase of tooth contact temperature which is caused by the heat energy converted from the mechanical energy consumed by tooth friction in its transmission process.An accurate measurement is helpful to reveal the variation law and establish a more accurate calculation method of the tooth surface contact temperature.A novel direct experimental measurement method based on the Seebeck effect is proposed and a test rig is developed.It can directly obtain the real-time tooth surface contact temperature at any point in the direction of tooth height continuously.The tooth surface contact temperature of the spur gear pair considered the multi-state meshing characteristics, load distribution and lubrication is calculated based on the Blok flash temperature theory.The measurement uncertainty and the absolute deviation between the experimental measurement results and the calculated one are calculated to analyse the consistency and their error causes are discussed.The measurement results of the tooth surface contact temperature are affected by pitch deviation, tooth profile error, lubrication, meshing point and so on in the test rig.This proves that the proposed experimental measurement method, the division of multi-state meshing region and the test rig are effective and accurate.It can lay a foundation for temperature prediction and control of the gear system.
