复杂机械系统空间布局研究

摘要: 产品的个性化发展要求产品的外形符合工业美学的要求,如何在给定的工业美学造型空间里合理布置各基本机构,使由基本机构组成的复杂机械系统满足高可靠性与寿命的要求,是机械产品布局设计的一个重要问题。与传统的布局问题不同,组成机械系统的基本机构之间存在一定的输入输出连接关系,其布局具有特殊性和更为复杂。首先分析了组成机械系统的基本机构的连接关系,给出了三种基本连接关系的布局模型,在此基础之上,采用自适应遗传算法构造了复杂机械系统的空间布局优化算法,并以实例验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract: With the development of product’s individuation, it is required that the configuration of products should comply with industrial aesthetics. How to layout basic mechanisms rationally in given modeling space of industrial aesthetics, and how to make the complex machine system comprising basic mechanisms satisfy the requirements of high reliability and long life are the key technology in the layout of machine products. Different from traditional layout problem, there exists a certain input and output connection relation among basic mechanisms composing the machine system, so this kind of layout has its particularity and complexity. The connection relation of basic mechanisms composing machine system is analyzed firstly. Then the layout modeling of three kinds of connection relation is presented. At last the spatial layout optimization algorithm of complex machine system is constructed adopting adaptive genetic algorithm, and the validity of the algorithm is verified with an example.
