摘要: 基于功能转换与守恒原理,根据行波型超声波电动机的特殊结构,借助于行波型超声波电动机定子环表面的作用力、定子环的波动速度、定子环的机械损耗和定子环对转子环的推动力,按照两种不同的转子材料,从行波型超声波电动机的物理机理出发,分析和推导了在两种不同的运动状况下转子环存在的功率损耗和转子环的输出转矩,从而建立了行波型超声波电动机的转矩平衡方程,为行波型超声波电动机的控制提供了实用的数学模型。

Abstract: Based on the application of the energy principle and the special structure of the traveling-wave type ultrasonic motor, by using the analysis about those concepts, such as force of the stator ring’s surface, wave’s speed of the stator ring, the mechanical consumption of the stator ring, the force impress of the stator ring to the rotor ring standing in the mechanical features of the traveling-wave type ultrasonic motor, the power consumption and the torque equation of the rotor ring are analyzed in two different situations, use two different rotor material to establish the torque equation of traveling-wave type ultrasonic and provide practical mathematics model to develop the control theory of traveling-wave type ultrasonic motor.
