摘要: 与传统的摇台型锥齿轮机床相比,Free-form型锥齿轮机床具有能够更加有效地加工出性能更好的齿面的潜力。介绍了一种基于Free-form型机床切齿加工理论的点啮合齿面制造技术,提供了Free-form型机床3轴联动切齿加工基本方程及详细的计算公式。直接以工件齿轮的转角为运动参数,将机床其他各轴的运动表达为工件齿轮转角的函数,阐明了机床运动函数及其他机床切齿参数的确定方法。最后,给出了一个实例来说明所介绍的技术及方法。

Abstract: A free-form bevel gear machine has the potentialities to produce the point-contact tooth surfaces of better performance more effectively than a conventional cradle one. A point-contact tooth surface manufacturing technology based on the generating theory of the free-form machine is introduced. The basic equations and the formulae in detail for the three-axis generating of the tooth surfaces are presented. The generating motions are expressed as the functions of the work gear rotary angle, which is taken as a motion parameter. The methods to determine the motion functions and the other machine setting parameters are explained. And lastly an example is given to demonstrate the technology and the methods.
