自由曲面数字化测量中粘性目标的设计及定位

摘要: 自由曲面数字化测量中,由于传感器单元测量区域小,所以实现整体测量需要进行多次的图像拼接。参照摄影测量中控制点的概念与应用,提出了自由曲面测量中粘性目标的概念;通过对多种粘性目标样式的比较,设计了平面型多重圆弧的粘性目标编码;根据测量图像中粘性目标的诸多相似特性,实现了粘性目标的自动粗定位并通过椭圆拟合对粘性目标进行精确定位,定位精度优于0.05像素。

Abstract: In the digital measurement for free-form surface, image mosaics are needed to achieve the whole measurement for the small measuring field of sensor unit. The idea of viscous target for free-form surface measurement is presented which refers to the concept and the applying of control points in the photographic measurement. According to the comparisons about the styles of some viscous targets, a planar multi-arc viscous target is designed. With similar features, viscous targets can be pre-located automatically and can be located accurately by ellipse fitting. Location precision of the method excels 0.05 pixels.
