逐级递推式超精密温度控制策略研究

摘要: 在充分考虑周围环境影响被控对象的基础上,建立具有纯时滞的温度控制数学模型,并提出逐级递推式超精密温度控制策略。当环境温度变化6 ℃时,采用提出的控制策略进行试验及仿真研究,被控对象试验及仿真的控制精度分别达到±0.01 ℃和±0.002 ℃。

Abstract: On the basis of considering the influence on controlled target from circumambient temperature, a temperature control model with pure time-delay is established, and the step by step control strategy for ultra-precision temperature is presented. The simulation and experiment results testify: the temperature precision about±0.002 ℃ in simulation and ±0.01 ℃ in experiment can be gotten when the circumambient temperature is changing in the scope of 6 ℃.
