摘要: 提出一种新原理的节能型液压系统,其核心是一套压力变换装置,称为开关液压源。开关液压源的输入端直接挂在液压总线上,通过高速开关方式加以升压或降压增流,最终输出与各执行器需求相适应的压力和流量,最大限度地降低节流损失,达到最佳节能效果。

Abstract: A new energy saving hydraulic system is put forward,in which a pressure convert device named switchmode hydraulic power supply is introduced. The entrances of switchmode hydraulic power supplies are all connected with the hydraulic power bus. Their output pressure could be boosted or bucked through PWM control to provide the proper consumed pressure and flow rate of each actuator. The throttle lost is decreased considerably, and the energy saving efficiency is optimal.
